Train Ride

Well the Murder Mystery dinner train in Elkins, West Virginia was great actually. I must say the experience of being on a dinner train was terrific it was the first time for me. Needless to say the boyfriend was upset because he has NEVER been on a train and I've been on like 5 or 6 of them...but he's been on a riverboat that many times and I've never been! So I guess it's even! The dinner train took us from Elkins to the falls of cheat rough an hour and half ride to the falls and than back again. The Old Brick Playhouse in Elkins is who did the murder mystery and it was very nice. My sister wound up winning the murder mystery guess. So she now won some drinking glasses and a season pass to the plays/musicals put on by the old brick playhouse. I thought that was truly a God-send because she was having a really horrible day on the train and stuff...(womanly issues) and she won that gift made her day! Plus she's been an actress in musicals so she loves her stage performances couldn't have asked for anything better! :) Well I have posted some pictures of the Falls of Cheat but if you can't see them very well because they are blurry all you have to do is search "Falls of Cheat" in the search and pictures and info will come up! Beautiful, Precious Things, Must Always Come to An End

This blog post will not be in my words but from the words of a young woman via a facebook post.

"There was a wreck last night w kylee braham,brittney waters,and zack simmons and riley pucket, the car caught on fire and riley and britney died last night and kylee just passed away but zack is gonna b fine :("

May all these young people be remembered. The car wreck happened approximately 3 miles from my home...It is all sad that young people a 19 yr-old and 2 16yr-olds were effected by this tragedy...so sad. You will always have a place in my heart.

New To Blogging

I'm the one you'd see with a pad or a journal and a pen in hand writing down something before I'd ever type up an electronic journal. The main reason for this blog is to showcase my stitch work I do and that I'm looking to sell. This isn't going to really be a blog about my life to much or so I hope It won't be. I'm 21 years old currently about to start attending Certified Nursing Assistant classes after completing 3 full years of a Bachelors degree and learning there really isn't many jobs out there in the Culinary Arts field nor the Political Science field. I decided to look into the medical aspect since I do have compassion for people. I also have been applying into some Liscensed Practical Nursing schools. I thought I'd see how well I like nursing so i'm taking an 8 wk course to see if i can see myself in a nursing career. I am also dating a man who lives about 2 hours from me in Ohio which we are hoping in about a years time to get married, though he is previously married with 2 darling kids. The God Lord will help us out, if it is in his plans for us to marry. Hopefully tonite I can remember to get my camera battery charged and take some pics of my stitching and things and make another post on here. For now good nite!
